1. After successfully submitting the subscriptions, the app will guide you to set your passcode rules,
such as setting the passcode at the last 4 digits of the guest phone number and passcode start
date and Time. You can also adjust these configurations in the “Settings” section; however,
changes will only apply to new reservations, not existing ones.
2. If you set “offsets,” our system will automatically create the passcode using the check-in time
minus the offset as the start time, and the check-out time plus the offset as the end time.
For example, if the guest sets the check-in time to 3:00 PM and the check-out time to 1:00 PM on
Airbnb, and you set both the “start” and “end” offsets to 1 hour in our system, we will create a
passcode valid from 2:00 PM (3:00 PM - 1 hour) on the check-in date to 2:00 PM (1:00 PM + 1 hour) on
the check-out date.
If you didn’t set the “offsets,” our system will create passcodes based on the check-in and check-out
times provided by Airbnb.
