Question: Can the keys be duplicated?

• Answer: Due to the unique shape of the keys, these keys are difficult to duplicate to make copies of. 

Question: Can it be re-keyed?

• Answer: The Sifely X Smart Lock cannot be rekeyed.

Question: Can I order extra keys?

• Answer: Extra keys for a lock cannot be provided. 

Question: How many keys does the lock come with? 

• Answer: Each Sifely X Smart Lock comes with 2 copies of the key.
