Where is the power back up port located for Sifely X Smart Lock?

Question: 

Is there a port to power on the lock if the batteries fail? If so, where is it?

Answer:

On the top of the outside panel is a small cover tap that can be removed for inserting the physical or attaching a micro-USB (type B). This USB port can be attached to a power bank to power the battery-drained lock.
