How to login to Sifely Webportal?

What is Sifely webportal?

Aside from using the Sifely Pro App to manage the locks, Admin users can also access the locks via web page. 

Sifely webportal is an access management where users can manage their locks through web using computer or laptop. Go to this site to redirect to our Sifely Webportal. https://manager.sifely.com/login

Note: It is recommended that the lock is connected to the local wifi network via Sifely gateway when accessing the locks through Sifely webportal.

How to login to Sifely webportal?

Logging in to the Sifely Webportal is the same as logging in using your Sifely Smart Lock App with your username and password.

On our new latest webportal version, the login pages are separated depending on the username you used upon registering a Sifely account on the Sifely Pro App. This can be either your email address or phone number. 
 

Step 1. Go to https://manager.sifely.com/login

Step 2. Enter your username and password.

Note:

• If you are using an email address as your username, please select the email login page “Login with email”.
• If you are using a phone number as your username, please select the phone number login page “Login with Phone ”.

Step 3. Click the “Login”.Important Reminders:
 

• If you used your phone number to register for an account on the Sifely Smart Lock App, please ensure to select the correct country code followed by your phone number on the username tab to avoid a login failure issue.
• Please make sure that your account credentials are entered correctly, the same way you entered them on your Sifely Smart Lock App when logging in to our Sifely Webportal, to avoid a login failure issue.
