How to use the physical Key on the Sifely S Smartlock?

Question: 

How do I use the physical key on my Sifely-S Smart Lock?

Answer:

The Sifely S Lock has a hidden compartment on the outer handle that contains the keyway.

Here are the steps to unlock the lock using the physical key.

Step 1: Locate the tab on the outer handle 

Step 2: Press firmly on the edge of the magnetic tab to loosen it  and then proceed to peel it off 

Step 3: Insert the physical key at a horizontal orientation 

Step 4: Turn the key clockwise to a vertical position

Step 5: While the key is in a vertical position, the door will be able to be opened. 

Note: To remove the key, it must be turned counterclockwise to the initial horizontal position. This will put the lock back into the default locked state.
