Question:
What can I do? The lock is saying "Secure lock is on" every time I enter a passcode.
Answer:
In this situation, the secure lock is "enabled" on the Sifely App., and the secure lock button (on the battery panel) is in the red position. Here are the options for what can be done to override this:
- A main admin can unlock the door by tapping the big lock icon in the app (this is done in Bluetooth range unless there is a gateway)
- A physical key will unlock the door
- The main admin can disable the secure lock by going into the app lock Settings>>Privacy Lock>>Disable.
