My gateway was disconnected. Will the Sifely Gateway automatically reconnect to my wifi?
Answer:
In the event of a power outage or internet outage, the Sifely Gateway will automatically reconnect to the wifi network in most cases.
In the few cases where it does not, you will have to set up the Sifely Gateway as if it were new.
Guide to Sifely Gateway Lights:
- Blink blue- The Sifely Gateway is connected to wifi.
- Blinking red- The Sifely Gateway is not connected to wifi.
- Blinking rapidly red and blue- The Sifely Gateway is in pairing mode and ready to be connected to 2.4G wifi network.
