What is the bulk delete feature?

Answer: Bulk delete features is a new added feature by our development team in our Sifely webportal where you can delete multiple Ekey, Passcode, Cards, Fingerprint and Records.

How do bulk delete features work?

This feature helps our business customers to easily delete multiple user access to the certain lock rather than doing it manually or one by one.

Step 1. Go to lock home and select which users access or records what do you want to delete (Ekeys, Passcode, Cards, Fingerprints, or records)

Step 2. Select multiple users' access by clicking the left side of the box beside the user access names to put a check mark. 

Step 3. Once selected the multiple users or records, click the delete button on the top right side.

Note: For ekeys user, you also select “Clear” option to remove all ekeys user to the lock.

Bulk delete feature limitation

• You can only select multiple users or records for each page. However, you can adjust the page up to 50 users per page.
• Bulk delete feature works if the lock is connected to Sifely Gateway.
