Aside from using the Sifely Smart Lock to view and export records, you can use our Sifely Webportal to access the recent activity logs and export all the recent records of the lock(s) for the past 6 months.
Note: Gateways are an important part of using the web portal. The gateways work as a bridge to connect nearby Sifely Locks to wifi, especially when trying to update, access the recent activity logs and exporting records . Steps to View Lock Activity Records:
- Upon logging in, go to the “Home” Screen of the Sifely Webportal and choose the name of your lock.
- Look for a section labeled “Records”.
- You can filter and search for a specific access for “Operator”, “Unlock Method”, and “Status”.(e.g., room code, owner fingerprint access, etc.). Using this method, you can see all the records related to your searched access name.
Steps to Export Lock Activity Records:
- To export activity records, look for a section labeled “Export” option and click the “Export logs”.
- Under the “Export logs”, you can select whether to export all the activity logs or a specific year and month.
- Then press “OK” to proceed.
Important Reminders:
- Records can see be view up to 6 months from the current date.
- Records/Activity logs only saved those who unlock/lock the lock electronically such as passcode, Fingerprint, fobs, using the App or Sifely Webportal.
