Question/concern:
I tested my newly purchased Sifely S Smart lock or Wifi Smart lock by unlocking it using the default Passcode, but now the handle is stuck in one direction. What to do?

Answer:
This is due to the lock mechanism that prevents or blocks the handle from rotating to the other side.
To prevent this kind of issue with your Sifely S Smart Lock or Wifi Lock:
- Avoid unlocking the lock while it is not yet installed on your door.
If you experience this problem, here are the recommended steps that may help you;
- Press and hold the # key or Lock symbol for a few seconds until you hear the lock say, “Lock” (Ensure the lock is powered on.)
- Try rotating the handle again to check if it works properly.
