The “Move Faulty/ Damaged Lock to Trash” feature is now available for the latest version of the Sifely Smart Lock App, v2.1.0.
If you no longer have access to a lock and want to remove it from your Sifey app, follow these steps.
Step 1: Launch the Sifely Smart Lock App and go to the Lock page, tap the “Settings” (gear or cog) icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Look for “Device Info”.
Step 3: At the bottom of the screen, tap on ‘Move Faulty/Damaged Lock to Trash”
Step 4: Read the prompt and tap on "Continue".
Step 5: Once you received a "Operation Successful", it means that the lock successfully removed from your App.
